Out of office
Posting will be light this week. I'm in Phoenix, enjoying the 100+ degree heat and sunshine, visiting with my daughter and helping my ex-wife recover from hip surgery.

Enjoy it and have fun with your daughter. You might also want to think carefully about the more esoteric implications of "ex-."

She's not legally my ex yet. Until either she or I are ready to marry again it is cheaper to stay legally married. But I've received several surprised reactions to the idea that I'm helping her recover from surgery, such as "why are you doing that?" I don't know how to answer them, other to say that we're still friends.
