Gorgeous. The Himalayas?
No -- Alaska somewhere. I took it last Feb just shortly after noon, so it had to be somewhere within a couple hundred miles west of Anchorage.
I stumbled over it today cleaning out my iPhoto library.

Most of northern North America looked like that all the time a few tens of thousands of years ago.
