I suspect Photoshop was used on those pictures.
I'm surprised that that woman can even lift those boots, given her condition.
While those photos may or may not have been 'Shopped, the conditions they attempt to portray are very real, and it wouldn't be any problem to find genuine photos, (assuming that these aren't), of freakishly over-muscled guys and stick-like gals.
Although the Russians have some nerve if they're pointing to that guy as an example of "the decadence of Western capitalist materialism", since THEY are the ones who set the bar so high with regard to abusing anabolic steroids, human growth hormone, equine growth hormone, blood doping, and probably a dozen other things that I don't even know about, all to win fleeting Olympic glory for the Motherland.
During the Cold War, "the East German 'Women's' Swim Team" was the punchline to a lot of jokes. Wendy's even did a commercial alluding to that, lo these many years ago; (twenty, maybe twenty-five years).
I don't think the girl's picture was Photoshopped. I've seen girls like that.
So that's where the Macy's Thanksgiving Day balloons have gone.
